- MONDAY to THURSDAY 7am - 4pm

FRIDAY approx. 6.30am - 11.30am
- SATURDAY closed
- SUNDAY (when open) 7am - 11am

- Free postage on orders over £100.00 (excl. acids): this is for our standard service (3-5 working days) but you will have the option to upgrade to the Express service.
- Standard service £7.50: 3 to 5 working days.

Express service £11.40: 1 to 2 working days. Most orders received before 3pm Mon-Thurs are sent the same day.
- Dangerous Chemical Service for gold-testing acids £12.50: sent by UPS (they cannot be sent by Royal Mail), delivery 2 to 4 working days.

LAST POSTING DATES + OPENING HOURS FOR CHRISTMAS 2025 / NEW YEAR 2026
As regards delivery times (and also for returning unwanted orders within 14 days) Wednesday 24 December to Monday 5 January counts as one day.
Thursday 18 December, last posting date for STANDARD DELIVERY (if required before Christmas).
Monday 22 December, last posting date for EXPRESS DELIVERY (if required before Christmas).
Wednesday 24 December, we might be open for a couple of hours in the morning.
We are then closed for the Christmas holidays.
Friday 2 January, the office might be open in the morning, the warehouse will be open until Monday 5 January.
Monday 5 January, open 9am.
From Tuesday 6 January, normal office hours resume, Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm, half day Friday, half day Sunday.

You can order online and select "Pickup from Quicktest" but it's easier to arrange a convenient time (and check that the items are ins stock) by phone, 01923 220206. We will then email confirmation of your appointment plus directions (or see map and directions now).
