Summary
Soft leather zip-case with tools for changing watch batteries.
We were presented with several watches that needed batteries and so picked, from our stock, all the best tools - and these were not the tools that came in any standard toolset! So we have made up our own 'professional' toolset for removing watch backs and replacing batteries.
Toolset contents
1 X snap-back opener for removing snap-backs.
1 X screw-back openers for removing screw-backs.
Includes an extra (2-pronged) opener for removing the nut on quartz clock movements.
1 X Battery testing tweezers.
Touch the tweezers on the battery, the LED lights up if the battery is good. Strangely, these are never supplied with battery-changing toolsets, they assume the old battery really is flat.
1 X thick 'pointer'
For prizing out stuck batteries. Most people use tweezers (you are guaranteed to break them) or a screwdriver (you will probably break it).
1 X scratch-brush.
If the battery was 'stuck' it may have been due to dirt or corrosion and you will find that the new battery won't work until you have cleaned up the contacts. Scratching them with the tip of a screwdriver rarely works and is likely to cause more damage. Use the scratch-brush instead.
1 X very good quality nylon-tipped tweezers
Far better than all-plastic tweezers, easy to hold the battery and drop it exactly into position, first time. Never use metal tweezers, you could short-circuit the battery. This is why you get customers complaining that the battery should have lasted three or four years but only lasted three or four weeks.
1 X nylon 'pusher'
For pushing the battery down firmly (don't cause damage by using sharp metal object)
2 X screwdrivers.
Some watches have a contact over the battery, held down with a screw.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
It would be a useful thing to have a description included with the kit saying what to do.
In the product description there is a summary of what the tools are for. Apart from that, we really can't help. This ‘professional’ kit is for those who know how to change watch batteries and just want some good tools. Your questions is like asking, “I’ve bought a box of tools for repairing my car, it would be useful if it included instructions”.
