Diamond gauge, metal, multi-cut, oblong.

Small enough to fit comfortably in a pocket or wallet, or use the loop to fix to a chain or keyring. 

The scale along the top is 7cm / 70mm.

The sizes listed below are carat (mm). Diamonds are measured in carat (100 points = 1 carat) but synthetic stones (e.g. Moissanite, Cz) tend to be measured in mm.
