SUMMARY
A really lightweight handheld digital magnifier with a bright evenly-focused light, can be used handheld or resting on the page. Very simple design: press the button to cycle through on / 3X / 5X / 10X / off.
Brighter and clearer than any phone-magnifier, and the stand is part of the design, nothing to attach or fold out.
DETAIL / MAGNIFICATION
I love the simplicity, no multiple buttons for foreground colour, background colour, contrast, brightness, freeze-frame etc (which make you go completely dizzy) - just one easy-to-feel button to change the magnification.
The photos look as if they were 'constructed' in Photoshop. They were not! They have not been enhanced, this exactly what you see. Unlike a magnifying lens you don't look through it, you look at it (like any mobile device).
Officially, the magnifications are 3X, 5X and 10X. But that is when the magnifier is resting on the page (2nd, 3rd and 4th photo); unless you are very severely visually impaired, you will use it handheld, which makes the magnification lower so that you can see (nearly) the width of a column - see the first photo.
