If you want a 20X magnification loupe, go for the absolute-best quality / smallest lens (this one is 5-element, better than than the usual high-quality 'triplet' lens).
It is, however, a small lens. You will always (with any loupe) have to compromise between lens size and optical quality.

What is the strongest magnifying loupe
Strongest is 30X, see our genuine 30X loupes.
We have more powerful, but not in ‘loupes, see our pocket microscopes.
“Strongest” is not “best”. You will see more through an £89.00 Zeiss loupe (10X) than any 20X or 30X.
