Lightweight, slim-line, very neat, will fit easily into a bag, take it on your buying trip, carry it from workshop to office - also good for weighing letters and small parcels.
SIZE: Metal weighing platform: 150 X 150mm (6 X 6 inches) square.
Overall: 150 X 200mm X 25mm (6 X 8 X 1 inches)
POWER: two AA batteries
GUARANTEE: 1 year.
10 years. This covers manufacturing faults only, it excludes normal wear and tear, bowls, trays, finishes, clasps, hinges, feet, AC adaptors and batteries; it also excludes being overloaded / dropped (e.g. error messages EEE, 0-Ld, or OUEr). The guarantee is invalid if the scale shows signs of foreign material (e.g. residues of herbs, chemicals, corrosion, spilt tea). After 1 year you must pay the postage both ways.
Inaccurate readings can be fixed by calibrating the scale, this is something that is very easy for you to do yourself with a xxg weight (not supplied). Giving inaccurate readings does not mean it is broken - all electronic measuring devices need calibrating every now and again, see calibrating weighing machines.
After 1 year, proof of purchase required and £6.50 return postage payable.
This weighing machine is not approved for use in trade and should not be used for buying and selling on a value-for-weight basis. To see legal (approved for use in trade) balances click here.
