Find the acknowledgement email with the attachment (not the automatic acknowledgement you received when you placed the order). Open the attachment, the tracking number is on the top right along with the dispatch date.

NO TRACKING NUMBER?
Low-value orders are not tracked, find the acknowledgement email, note the dispatch date, delivery should be 3 to 5 working days later.

NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT EMAIL?
- check your junk folder
- check that you placed the order, that you placed it with us, and that you paid for it.

DELIVERY DEFINITELY LATE?
- check to see if the postman / driver left an "You were out" card
- check with family / colleagues to see if they have taken it in
- check with neighbours to see if it was delivered to them
- check with your local Royal Mail delivery office / UPS depot
- wait another couple of days, it could have been delayed in the Christmas post.
