WHOLESALE ITEMS FALL INTO FOUR CATEGORIES:

1:
We import these 4 or 5 times per year. There are months when we have several dozen and months when we have hardly any, so you might have to wait until our next order if we don't have enough for your wholesale order.

2:
We import these very occasionally (about once a year) so please check availability.

3:
This is a one-off lot, either because we bought up a 'job lot' or because the item is no longer made. The approximate quantity in stock is listed (several, dozens, hundreds, thousands) - this information updated each March.

4:
We buy this from another wholesaler, our trade discount will be less than usual and we will have to check that they have enough in stock, please email.


TERMS AND DISCOUNTS

Wholesale discount on most (not all!) items in categories 1, 2 and 3 is 25%. For category 4 items the discount is 15% to 20%. Please email or telephone to check availability and to request an invoice.

If you are paying by credit card please tell us in advance, we will add 3.5% to cover credit card charges. PayPal forbid us to charge extra for the use of their service therefore we cannot accept PayPal for wholesale orders. If you wish to pay online and not incur charges, please transfer the money into our bank account.

The minimum quantity is shown by each item, sometimes we show a pack size (packs may not be split). Where bulk prices are listed (in a drop-down box under the main description) there is no extra discount.

Minimum wholesale order is £200.00 exclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage & packaging. You may mix a wholesale and retail order but please check that the wholesale part of the order adds up to at least £200.00. Flat-rate postage & packaging £8.50 + VAT.

The minimum charge is because we work largely within the antiques trade where everyone says they're 'trade' and everyone thinks they are entitled to a discount - wholesale discounts are only available for genuine bulk purchasers.

For larger orders (e.g. per gross) we will gladly add to our regular imports (payment required shortly before we place the order).

IMPORTANT: when you buy on a wholesale basis you lose the rights given when buying retail. You may not, for instance, return goods because they are unsuitable. To check the suitability of items we strongly recommend that you buy samples at the retail price before placing a wholesale order - free samples are not available.
