Credit cards are accepted from United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. In October and November 2007 we accepted PAYPAL but the failure rate was 99% which was frustrating for both ourselves and our customers, so we discontinued PayPal. We did try to contact PayPal but the experience was both time-consuming and painful and in the end we gave up.* * At first they said they could not discuss the matter by email for security reasons and gave a telephone number that was of no use. Eventually (several weeks later) they did reply by email - they simply copied their standard terms and conditions. This included the well-known fact that we must ship to the address shown on the PayPal Payments Page. Our actual question to PayPal was: why is this always shown as "No address Provided" ? And since the official answer from Paypal is that we must ship to the goods to 'no address provided' our conclusion is that we cannot use PayPal.
