PAYING BY CREDIT CARD

We accept credit cards (and debit cards) online, we do not accept cards over the telephone. That includes credit cards, debit cards, charge cards and birthday cards - we do not accept cards over the telephone.

When you finish placing your order and click CHECKOUT and select payment by card, you will be using ACTINIC PAYMENTS with HSBC.

if you have problems with ACTINIC/HSBC (or if you request an invoice by email) we will send a link to NOCHEX (the British equivalent to PayPal) - this is a secure site where you can safely pay by credit card or debit card or Nochex Account (if you regularly use Nochex and have opened a Nochex account, select NOCHEX as the payment method when you check out). If you have a policy of never clicking on links in emails, you can pay manually.

We no longer accept PAYPAL the failure rate was too high, about 40% of all payments failed. I know that there are a great many fans of PayPal, but my personal opinion is that it is a complete waste of time.
