IN A HURRY?  ( U.K. )

If you need the goods today you an visit us in person. We are in West Watford (Croxley) which is exactly half way between the towns of Watford and Rickmansworth in South Hertfordshire, just North West of London. Please telephone for an appointment, unexpected visitors will be turned away.

If you need the goods the next working day, pay by credit card or bank transfer over the Internet, we can usually dispatch them the same working day, but it depends on:
a)  how late in the day you place the order (click here  for this week's deadlines)  
b)  how much you pay for carriage - you must pay for Next Day Delivery. 

We do not accept cards over the telephone, that includes credit cards, debit cards, charge cards, birthday cards or any other type of card.

If you don't want to order and pay online, telephone 01923 220206, we will tell you the total and give you a number* to write on the back of the cheque - the goods can be sent by return of post (providing you pay for Next Day Delivery).
* Two people have telephoned, after reading this paragraph, to ask if they must have a number before they can place an order.  The answer is: NO!  I'm merely trying to save customers the trouble of having to fill in an order form.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept  credit cards from United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Customers in other countries should pay by Bank Transfer or send payment by snail mail.

Cards only accepted online, we do not accept cards over the telephone, that includes credit cards, debit cards, charge cards, birthday cards or any other type of card

PAY OFFLINE

Order online and select PAYOFFLINE as the payment method. The computer will email you an invoice with a barcode, take it [the invoice not the comptuer] to any one of 17,000 Payzones in the U.K. (or any Post Office as from October), they will scan the barcode and take your money. You can pay by cash or debit card. We are notified of your payment in two working days.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Most banks now operate Faster Payments - the money will be in our account within two hours.

Order online and select Bank Transfer as the payment method. On the assumption that you have not read this page, we will email you the payment instructions (during office hours).

Payment instructions (after you have placed the order online):
a) log into your bank account and make the payment
b) check your emails, you will have received an auto-response with an acknowledgement, open the email, click REPLY and type "paid"

Participating banks are HSBC, Lloyds TSB, Barclays, RGS Group, Alliance Leicester, Abbey, Citi, Northern Rock, Nationwide, HBOS Ltd, National Australia Group and Danske Bank.

You can, of course, make a bank transfer from any other bank, but it will take three days for the money to arrive instead of two hours.

PAYMENT BY SNAIL MAIL

We accept any form of payment that is money: personal cheque, business cheque, Building Society cheque, Bank Draft, Personal Money Order, Counter cheque, Cashiers Cheque, Postal Order, Moneygram, International Money Orders, Green Shield Stamps...we even accept cash (Pounds, Dollars or Euros) providing it is insured in transit.

If you have an order form in front of you it helps to fill it in.  You don't HAVE  to fill in an order form at all, any letter or scribbled note will do, but you MUST tell us what the money is for and the address to which we must send the goods.

If you are near  Yeovil my colleague, Bob, who runs the QUICKTEST stand at the Shepton fair, keeps a selection of stock at Sparkford.
