POSTAGE AND DELIVERY TIMES (U.K.)

The following applies to orders placed from this website and paid online:

STANDARD DELIVERY 3 to 6 DAYS:
We use Royal Mail Packetpost. Orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 days, then they take 2 to 3 days to arrive. If an item is out of stock, it will follow a few days later. Typical postage charge (including VAT) is £4.50, though a lightweight order can cost as little as £2.50, a heavy order as much as £7.50.

DELIVERY 1 to 2 WORKING DAYS:
We can usually dispatch the same day providing payment is received by 4pm Monday to Thursday, or midday on a Friday. Most (about 75%) are delivered by 6pm the next working day (excluding Highlands & Islands). We use the courier UK MAIL, postage charge is £10.00.

NEXT DAY (by 1pm, incl. Saturday)
We can usually dispatch the same day (delivery by 1pm the next working day, including Saturday if you usually receive post on a Saturday) providing payment is received by 4pm Monday to Thursday, or midday on a Friday. If any item is out of stock we will telephone you; if we don’t have your telephone number we will email instead. Highlands & Islands may take longer. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Postage charge depends on weight: up to 2Kg, £12.50; or 2Kg-10Kg, £30.00.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY TIMES (OVERSEAS)

The computer is programmed with dozens of zones and dozens of weight bands. The only way to find the cost of postage is to add the items to the Shopping Basket (Cart) and see what the computer suggests (you will be given a choice of posting methods). You don't have to complete the order, you do not have to pay, we will not ask you for money.
