Wednesday 3, open 8am, last orders 4pm, close 5pm
Thursday
4, open 8am, last orders 4pm, close 5pm
Friday 5, open 8am, last orders
2pm, close 3pm

Saturday 6, closed
Sunday 7, closed

The Summer is over! Normal office hours resume Monday 8 September,
usually Monday to Thursday
8am to 6pm, Fridays 8am to 3pm, Sundays 9am to 3pm.

If you don't like ordering from a web site, telephone 01923 220206 - we will then do all the paperwork and email you a 'link' to pay by CREDIT CARD. Visitors to office (by appointment):  for directions click here.

We exhibit at the antiques fair at Kempton Park, Sundbury, on the last Tuesday of the month and also each Shepton Mallet fair (Bath & West Showground) excluding January; we usually visit Newark; we visit Birmingham (St Martin's, by the Bull Ring) once or twice a year; we sometimes visit Swinderby in the Spring and Summer; we very occasionally visit Ardingly. Please telephone at least two working days beforehand if there is anything you wish to buy or anything you have for sale.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (U.K.)

If you pay for this service, delivery is usually the next working day, we call this service Delivery Usually Next Working Day. Why usually ? Because nothing in life is guaranteed.

Delivery might not be the next working day if there is a:

parcel to an offshore address, it should arrive the following day but if there's a problem with the ferry or aeroplane there will be a delay, so we say "Delivery 1 to 2 Days"

fault with our computer, the ISP's computer, BT's computer, the bank's computer...this can result in a delay of an hour or two in us receiving your order and miss the day's dealine

major incidents beyond our control, e.g. floods, industrial action etc. You will hear about these incidents on the news

other unforeseen events, e.g. the postman struck by lighting, you parcel eaten by a dog (or vice-versa).

we are (very occasionally) closed for the day, see the calendar at the top of this page.

Delivery for Royal Mail Special Delivery is not guaranteed on Saturday, it depends on your postman, if he knows you are open on a Saturday, and if he is willing, he will deliver it on Saturday, otherwise he'll wait until Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY TIMES

The computer calculates the postage based on the weight and destination.
You will be given a choice of three services (this varies slightly depending on the address):

DELIVERY USUALLY 4 to 7 DAYS
(postage usually £3.50, a heavy order might cost £4.00 to £6.00)
This service is for Royal Mail Packet (plus Recorded if the value is over £30.00), or Courier if heavy.

DELIVERY USUALLY NEXT WORKING DAY
(
postage £10.00)
We can usually send the item the same working day and delivery is the next working day. To see this week's deadlines click
here.

INSURED TO £20.00, DELIVERY 3 WEEKS
(
postage usually £2.00, a heavy order might cost £3.00 or £4.00)
- summary: this is our special cheap and non-urgent service. It probably won't take as long as 3 weeks...but it might. So please do not choose this service and then complain that it is too slow, details
