Monday to Thursday approx. 8am to 6pm
Friday 8am to mid-afternoon
Saturday - closed
Sunday - usually 9am to early afternoon

OFFICE  HOURS - Detail (2011)

The following will help you decide when to phone and who to speak to.

Monday to Thursday:

Raffi (that's me): the boss, but I'm not very good on the phone, 7am to about 6pm

Katy: order processing, also good at fixing computers, e.g. if you have trouble ordering online, 9am to 5pm

Sara: marketing & admin, if you run a business with more than 10 branches, Sara would like to speak to you, 11am to 6.30pm

Mac: postroom and production, knows everything about stock levels and productions schedules, 8am to 6pm

Keshia, Ben, Jake: packing, e.g. if you see from the packing note that they packed your parcel and you have a question about its contents.

Fridays:
As above but Mac isn't in, and we close sometime between 2pm and 4pm (so no visitors in the afternoon please).

Sundays:
There are usually three of us in the office from 9am to 3pm, but this is variable...and we are closed on Sundays in the quiet summer season, late July to early September. Please do not visit on a Sunday, unless you are spending an awful lot of money.
