This is my favourite for map reading in the car because it is large (covers a large area) and the handle can be tilted so that it can be held at the most comfortable angle. You can also rest the handle on the page (easier than holding it in the air) and tilt the lens to see the print.
It also has four very bright lights, one on each corner. This overcomes the problem with any tilting magnifier - that as you tilt it, the light points in the wrong direction. With this one, there is always good even illumination no matter how you tilt the lens / handle.
