For those who are partially-sighted to the extent of being nearly blind, I recommend this one.
Personally, I find this just a bit too powerful (I prefer a lower magnification / larger lens for map reading in the car) but it is a very good choice for the partially-sighted and has been voted 'best choice' by those in my panel of testers who have severe eye problems - partly because of the high magnification and partly because of the exceptionally bright light.
If you DON'T need something this powerful, it IS better to go for a larger lens of lower magnification.
