Two advanced features: the scale is printed twice, right-way and upside-down, so that you can choose the most convenient way to hang the item; there's a 'marker' that marks the position on the scale after you've removed the item so that you don't have to struggle to hold a heavy item and read the scale.

Summary of specification: 379mm long X 32mm diameter. Capacity 5Kg, the divisions are clear and easy to read at 50g intervals, though you CAN read between the divisions if you need for the nearest 25g. The accuracy (possible error) is 0.3% - that's comparable with the digital balances.

LOOKS like the Pesola balances, but Chinese-made not Swiss.

These are optimistically branded "Lab Scale" but everything about it is tacky - the clips discolour in the air (let alone if you get them wet), please don't try to adjust the spring (it will never go back to zero), please don't expect it to be accurate like the Swiss models...but it is a quarter of the price of the Swiss models...and I suppose it is OK, "for just ocassional use".

Capacity 100g. As you see from the picture, the divisions start off quite wide apart and get narrower.
