7 inches X 4 inches, large enough to work easily with both hands, excellent choice for intricate model-making, craft work involving large objects, small engineering jobs etc.

Although I hadn't intended this as a magnifier for the partially-sighted, it is, in fact ideal - partly because you can see an entire page at once, and partly because of the very bright fluorescent light. At 2X magnification it isn't the most powerful, but you might not NEED anything more powerful. The magnifiers with lights that some of my partially-sighted testers use are not nearly as good as this one!

An exceptionally large lens, 7.5 inches X 6 inches (the manufactures quote the exact size as 7.4 X 6.2 inches / 185 X 155mm). Working distance is about 12 inches. Circular fluorescent light (28W T5, square) gives bright even illumination. Clamp included to fix to table (opens to 65mm). A serious large (nearly 5Kg packed) workbench magnifier.

The 1.75X gives a working distance of about 15 inches
The 2.25X 6 gives a working distance of about 8 inches

This is good for fine repair and renovation work on an occasional basis, or if you simply don't have room (or the budget) for one of the larger workbench magnifiers. The magnification of the main lens is 1.5X (working distance about 6 inches, just room to work with small tools) and the magnification of the 'insert' is about 4X. New model, has a circle of 60 LED lights instead of a fluorescent tube.
