 | Fresnel, round-the-neck, rest-on-page magnifiers
'Fresnel' is a flat clear sheet of plastic very cleverly engineered so that it becomes a magnifier. They can be made small enough to fit into a credit card wallet or large enough to cover an entire page or to use as a bookmark...or...some people like to rest a magnifier on a page and slide it rather than hold it in the hand - I call these Rest-on-Page magnifiers.

 | Illuminated Readers
The first two are best for the partially-sighted, if the eyesight isn't TOO bad, go for the first one, magnification only 2X but lens is large enough to cover a column of print, easy to use. For VERY poor eyesight choose the second item, smaller area of view but 3X magnification + exceptionally bright light (lighting is as important as magnification). These two are also the best choice for map-reading in the car.
The LUMAGNY (four sizes) are quite-OK general-purpose magnifiers, popular with traders who work at pre-dawn markets, sold in car accessory shops for twice the price (you will see them mounted in posh blister-packs, I supply them in cellophane bags).
The bottom two items ( 'Lightmagic") are interesting and slightly home-made in appearance, which is why I've kept the price so low, even though they are far better than the LUMAGNY in both lens quality and lighting.
