Overseas
Customers must pay in Pounds (GBP)* If your bank transfers your currency
and our bank converts it to GBP there will be a charge, you must pay this
charge.
HOW TO MAKE THE TRANSFER Log
into your bank account online. Each
bank will have a slightly different process, but it will be basically:
select MAKE BANK TRANSFER, fill in our Sort Code, our
Account Number and the amount, click CONFIRM.
Additional
information: BANK DETAILS FOR OVERSEAS TRANSFERS
TIP: copy-and-paste the numbers, it's easier than copy typing them Ensure you transfer GBP (British Pounds) and that you pay any charges (check with your bank). If
you are NOT transferring the money over the intenet (you ask your bank
to make the transfer) and if your bank is using an 'intermediary bank'
in the UK which is NOT HSBC, we will be charged GBP 12.00, so
you must add GBP 12.00 to the amount you are paying. Confused? - then
ask your bank. AFTER
you have made the transfer email to tell us that you have paid. Include,
in your email, any
number that will make sense to us e.g. order number or invoice number TIP: if the name of your bank account is different from the name you used when placing the order, you must TELL us, otherwise we won't know the payment is from you. HOW LONG DOES A BANK TRANSFER TAKE? Within the UK the following banks use the FASTER PAYMENTS online payment system by APAX (the organisation in charge of cheque clearing and money transfers):
Log into your bank account, make the payment, the money will arrive in our account in two hours*. You can, of course, make an online transfer from any other bank, but it will take three working days instead of two hours. * you can make the payment at any time of the day or night, but the money will take two hours to arrive during banking hours.
TERMS UK only. The
amount you are transferring must be at least £100.00 PROCEDURE: B) Now pay (see above). Don't forget to deduct the postage. If you have problems, pay by another method (and include the postage). C) Have we already sent you an email with the invoice? Have you placed the order online and received an automatic email acknowledgment? Click REPLY to the email and type "Paid". (but don't do this until you have paid!). TIP: if the name of your bank account is different from the name you used to place the order, you must TELL us, otherwise we won't know the payment is from you. |
